Soto Deshi - Outside Apprentice
Soto Deshi is a term that translates as outside apprentice. This program was designed to allow students who have outside responsibilities such as Primary School, College and Careers to still participate in a more traditional methodology of learning. Typically those who apply and are accepted into this program are individuals who have decided to, or are deciding on the martial arts as a way of life both financially and personally.
The Soto Deshi serves as the personal student of the instructor. As such, specialized and additional training opportunities will be presented.
Who is able to apply?
Teens and Adults age 15 and older. From time to time we might consider a younger student but only when that student demonstrates they have the maturity needed to be successful in the program.
